Our Founding Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner Dr. David Edward Marcinko MBBS DPM FACFAS MBA MEd CPQH™ CMP™ is a internationally known lower extremity surgeon, public health economist and population health care educator, Wall Street business entrepreneur, researcher, speaker, best selling academic author and philanthropist. He is highly regarded national authority on the health care industry with particular expertise in health insurance, managed care, finance, managerial and cost accounting, health economics, Value Based Care [VBC], concierge medicine, retail medicine and Accountable Care Organizations [ACOs].

Dr. Marcinko’s unique business expertise comes from the varied roles he has performed over his career. As a former CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, licensed insurance agent, Registered Investment Advisor and SEC registered endowment fund manager, Dr. Marcinko was Founding Dean of the fiduciary focused CERTIFIED MEDICAL PLANNER™ chartered professional designation program.
